Job Responsibilities

Environmental monitoring of classified areas, settle plate, volumetric air sampling and surface monitoring and personnel monitoring.
Environmental monitoring of classified areas through preparation of settle plate, volumetric air sampling, surface monitoring and personnel monitoring trend.
Certify and regularly monitor aseptic practices of personnel entering clean rooms.
Sampling of compressed air from clean rooms in manufacturing areas.
Participate in media feed activity.
Inspect the quality of clean room practices and submit inspection reports to ensure compliance with clean room practices.
Sampling from raw, soft, RO, PW, WFI and pure steam generation and distribution systems.

Job Requirement

Ensuring cleaning and disinfection of clean rooms of manufacturing areas and microbiology area.
Participate in verification activity.
Receiving sample for sterility, BET, bioburden, water and MLT in the microbiology laboratory, entering the microbiology analysis sample with MR number in the sample log register.
Vertical autoclave operation.
Perform biological indicator tests.
Double door autoclave operation.
Operation, cleaning and maintenance of HPHV steam sterilizer.
Media preparation, GPT and media disposal.
Monitoring of temperature and humidity in the field.
Any other work, responsibility assigned by the Section Head / Head-QC apart from the above mentioned responsibilities.
There should be understanding of aseptic behavior.
Best microbiological environmental monitoring practices in the aseptic area.
Control and solid knowledge on biological indicators.
