Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor children’s safety at all times and maintain a safe environment.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to inspire and engage children in their development.
  • Assist with daily routines including feeding, furnishings and maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Identifying and resolving behavioral issues, promoting positive behaviour and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and well-being.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a daycare or preschool setting is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.

  • Total work 1 year (Preferred)
