Job Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and use audio/visual aids to facilitate learning.
Using the internet space educational apps, content etc. to bring interactive online and offline learning strategies.
Introducing innovative teaching methods based on NEP and CBSE guidelines.
Supervising the classroom for a healthy and safe classroom environment.
Collaborating with teachers, parents and students and attending regular parent-teacher meetings (PTMs)
Assigning homework, evaluating performance, and implementing and encouraging interactive learning.
Record and document students’ progress and provide regular feedback.
Planning and executing academic in-class and out-door activities and programs.
Participate in and perform administrative responsibilities.
To develop and enrich professional skills by attending conferences, seminars, writing research papers, attending training programs, practicing, gaining in-depth understanding of Gymnastics and Yoga subject.

Job Information

Competent experience of working in online, offline and hybrid modes of classroom teaching & learning.
Excellent oral and written control over the language of instruction in the classroom.
Gaining a grip on the subject by constantly reading books and related latest material.
Excellent social, communicative and nurturing skills.
Adaptable, flexible and a fast learner.
Self-motivated, high integrity, independent and out-of-the-box thinker.
