  • In this job you will be involved in sourcing/screening, shortlisting of profiles, tracking and follow-up of candidates, processing of CVs, updating/maintaining internal databases.
  • Analysis is required as directed by the customer.
    Receiving and screening resumes through various sources like LinkedIn, job portals, references.
  • To evaluate the candidate’s skills and abilities including communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence level and presentation.
  • The candidate will have to provide information about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of this job.
  • Conducting interviews for candidates as per client’s schedule.
  • Coordination with candidates from interview to on-boarding.
