Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • He should have complete accounts of the plant.
  • Maintain daily stock management report in advance.
  • There should be financial reports for top management for planning of funds.
  • In such a situation, day to day cost analysis will help him in taking quick decisions.
  • He has to maintain a trial balance day to day.
  • Financial Analysis and Budgeting
  • The difference in cost projection and actual operating cost of the plant should be audited.
  • Reconciling and tracking inventory and preparing reports to upper management on stock levels.
  • Verify all vouchers from cost perspective and process payments.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting.
  • Monthly GST return should be filed every.
  • GSTR 2B Reconciliation on Monthly Basis
  • TDS return has to be filed
  • Pay attention to taxation and compliance.
  • Audit and Internal Control.
  • Internal audit will have to be done.
  • Must have knowledge of strong computer skills.

  • B.Com/M.Com
  • MUST have experience in TALLY, Must have full experience of all accounting process in a Manufacturing Plant | TDS, GST filing experience.
