Job Information

  • Position- Head of the winding shop for high-voltage composite bushing cores.
  • Reporting- Head of the winding, impregnation and polymerization shop for high-voltage composite bushing cores.

Job Experience

  • Must have experience with winding machines for high voltage equipment insulation structures such as transformer and generator winding machines, bushing core winding machines – such as Menzel or Tuboli.
  • Must have experience with drying chambers and knowledge in winding shop production planning and management.
  • The ability to train others and good English communication skills should be written and oral.
  • Communication with other departments, management of a team of 10-15 people.
  • Must be willing to travel abroad for training.
  • Training Qualification, Ability to operate and control the above mentioned equipment.
  • General knowledge and flow in computer programs/special software.
  • There should be knowledge of the structure of electrical equipment and release materials and components and keep an account of them.
  • Must have knowledge of maintaining technical documentation and working with lifting mechanisms.

Education & Experience

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical
  • M.Tech in Electrical
  • 7 years and above.

Proficiency

  • Proficient in handling of modern technology machines.

Industry Exposure

  • Production of high-voltage equipment
