Job Responsibilities

Inputting the company’s database, software and system accurately input data from various sources.
Review and verify data entries for accuracy and perfection, and improve when necessary.
For freelancers and full -time job finders, actively search on various platforms online search for suppliers related to the project.
To ensure that the follow -up calls or emails conduct that the sellers provide dataset correctly and the problems of the customers are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Work closely with other departments such as sales, logistics and quality checks team to meet customers’ requirements and ensure a consistent service experience.
Regular data quality checks to identify and identify errors, discrepancies and fading information.
Preparation of regular reports based on data input activities, and to highlight any discrepancy or tendency.
Handle sensitive information safely and follow data privacy and protection policies.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
