Job Description

He is looking for a dynamic and expansion-oriented human resource executive to maintain major human resource functions including recruitment, on boarding, attendance management, employee engagement and administrative assistance, who ideal candidates promote a positive work culture and smooth human Resources will contribute to ensuring operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sources of interview, screening and time determining for candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, ensure that all documents and formalities are completed.
  • Organize the introduction session to introduce new employees to the company’s policies and culture.
  • Keep the presence of employees and accurate records of leave.
  • Help prepare parole by providing relevant data (appearance, holidays, etc.)
  • To ensure timely solution to employees’ questions and provide assistance in human resources related tasks.
