The company is looking for a dynamic and induced HR recruiter to join its growing team, which will be responsible for the discovery, screening and appointment of top talents in various roles within the ideal candidate organization. The HR recruiter will work closely with the managers of the department to understand the needs of staffing and provide an excellent candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate with recruitment managers to understand job requirements and make effective recruitment strategies.
  • Find candidates through job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
  • He check the bio -data, conduct the interview and evaluate the qualifications of the candidates.
  • To coordinate and timing interviews, and to provide feedback to candidates and appointment managers.
  • Keep the candidates’ database and manage it and keep an eye on the recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure smooth on boarding process for new employees.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
