  • Assessing commercial requirements of corporate customers and selling them in online enterprise recruitment solutions.
  • Achieving sales targets by increasing business with new customers and from existing customers.
  • Developing a database of qualified Leeds through referral, telephone promotion, social media and other channels.
  • Area mapping, pre -reservation, interaction, stopping commercials and closing deals with necessary documentation.
  • Look for constant possibilities to make pipelines and strong personal relations with possibilities.
  • Be active to solve problems, even if they are out of your area and whenever additional initiatives and responsibilities are revealed, be ready to take them.
  • Look for opportunities to become a leader and make every effort to help the company achieve its big objectives.
  • Become a preacher of job products and services ecosystems.

Job Information

  • Promote B2B sales, get new corporate customers and increase existing accounts.
  • Conduct regional sales activities including personal meetings, product performance and training sessions.
  • Consultative sales by understanding the current challenges faced by customers.
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders for upsailing and cross-celling opportunities.
  • Manage the sales cycle till the end-exploring the possibility, submitting a proposal, interacting and completing the deal.

Education & Experience

  • Highest qualification and pass-out year.
  • MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization.
  • Total work 4 years experience.
