Job Description
The 39K group is looking for an accounting associate with a 1-3 year experience of performing and reviewing day-to-day accounting operations for Treasury, Monthly/Quarte Book Closure etc. The person will also take over the responsibility of MIS and reporting for the concerned field. This role will include working with several stakeholders to customize and streamline business processes.
Job Responsibilities
- The overall responsibility of day-to-day accounting works of international institutions regarding the account, receivable account, receipt solutions, customer remaining solutions, GST, TDS etc.
- Responsible for closing the monthly account and preparation of MIS/PNL and cash flow for the management and consolidation.
- Maintaining monthly balance sheet schedules.
- Preparation of standalone financial statements for various 39k group institutions along with proper disclosure for group institutions in various geographical regions around the world.
- To behave with auditors at the conclusion of all audit procedures.
- Powering the automation of books in coordination with the business team and technical team based on the requirements.
- Finance SPOC, providing necessary guidance to resolve all issues related to finance and enab the business on procedure implementation/transactions.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
- Encouraged candidates are given priority for this role to create strong automated processes and pursue related results.
- The work of 1-3 years should be experience.
- Accounting 1 year (Preferred)
- Tally 1 year (Preferred)
- Tax Accounting 1 year (Preferred)
- Experience in start-up will be an additional benefit.
- Power of strong analytical skills and data based decision making mentality.
- Strong business skills to understand business needs.
