Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk, ensuring uninterrupted check-in/check-out process for guests.
  • Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner and solve questions and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain an accurate record of interaction with guests including registration form and billing information.
  • Care of housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and arrangement in the office.
  • Manage courier services, be sure to send and receive parcels on time.
  • Maintaining and updating the office inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels of supply and materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for purchase and stock repayment.
  • Make arrangements for employees, including booking of flight, hotel and transport.
  • Provide assistance for travel related inquiries and ensure smooth travel arrangements for team members.
  • Administrative work, such as preparing reports, setting meetings time, and office coordination.
  • Keeping on privacy, be sure to complete the daily report on time.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in administration or related fields, particularly in front desk operations.

Skills

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle telephone calls effectively and professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and perform tasks independently.

Personal Traits

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High levels of accuracy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
