Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying and contacting potential clients to sell exhibition space and sponsorships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and implementation.
  • Negotiate contracts and conclude deals effectively.
  • Attend industry networking events, trade fairs and meetings to expand business reach.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM software regularly.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales (Preferably in exhibitions, trade fairs, or events industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
