Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and release quotations for customers accurately and quickly.
- Distribute relevant links and information to customers and team members as required.
- To handle approval requests and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Keep regular contact with customers, sales team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide help to the sales team by ensuring coordination, program management and efficient communication of works.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and mutual skills.
- Efficiency in basic computer applications (MS office).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Focus on expansion and accuracy in functioning.
