The management is responsible for fulfilling important parameters such as business/portfolio/and employee loss and appointing team members on the metrics of your branch and operating all the compliance required for the branch.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily review with team members regarding the projections of business and cross cells, center meetings, GRT employed / day activity scheme for day.
- The team will have to ensure the implementation of the activity plan set by the team for the visit of customers during the day.
- Detailed supervision and monitoring of the branch, meeting with the team, understanding the problems of problems and resolving them.
- Participate in center meetings and meet customers. Conduct group recognition tests based on operating models.
- Track the disbursement as per plan for day and month.
- Ensuring 100% compliance of all business policies and SOPs for the branch.
- Helps in collection cases in higher buckets, works with teams and jointly meets customers in place.
- Nominating team members for prizes and recognition to suit their achievements; Properly appreciating the team members of the team.
- To ensure that important parameters such as login are executed according to the matrix.
- Regularly meeting customers at location and managing the status and quality of the portfolio as per the prescribed goals.
- Manages the maintenance of the branch and all collateral’s and receives the support of the product and administration team as required for management of the collateral / soft features of the branch’s hygiene and maintenance.
Ability to commute
- Rewari, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s (Required)

- Loan officer: 3 years (Required)
