Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
  • Analyze competitors, market trends and customer needs to develop a growth strategy.
  • Identify and generate leads through online platforms, networking and industry events.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide relevant digital services such as website development, social media marketing, SEO, PPC, content creation or app development.
  • Prepare and present impressive presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements that are consistent with company goals and client expectations.
  • Maintain contact with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further sales.
  • Work closely with internal teams Marketing, Design, Development to align customer needs with their outcomes.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve services and offerings.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to explore new business opportunities.
