Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote sales and revenue growth by effectively selling welfare programs and services.
  • Convert walk-in and inquiry into successful enrollment through strong sales techniques.
  • Develop and implement strategy to increase the number of customers, promote services and increase customer retention.
  • Track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Make a strong relationship with customers to encourage referral and re -trade.
  • Ensure premium customer experience by maintaining high service quality standards.
  • Customers address and solve the concerns to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cooperate with nutritionists, doctors and physicians to ensure uninterrupted implementation of the program.
  • To oversee the day-to-day functions of the center and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Keep stock, supply and list related to welfare programs.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety and regulatory compliance standards ensure.
  • Provide lead, training and inspiration of a team of health advisors, nutritionists and assistant employees.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs to increase the sales capabilities of the team.
  • Manage the timetable of the employees and make sure that enough employees are present at the center at all times.
  • Keep an eye on and report on daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and commercial metrics.
  • Analyze customer trends and feedback to suggest improvement in service distribution.
  • Provide report and insight to senior management for business development strategies.

Job Requirement & Experience

  • The service industry (healthcare, welfare, hospitality, or similar domains) must have pre -sales experience.
  • There should be a minimum of 6 years experience in sales-operated management roles.
  • Surprised track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem solution skills.
  • Efficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
