Job Description

She is looking for an experienced female customer relationship manager who is responsible for joining the major customers by creating a reliable relationship and maintaining it. Customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to increase customer base and create positive relations with new customers. You must also be strategic and analytical when looking for solutions to problems to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • She must create and maintain profitable relationships with his key customers.
  • She has to oversee the relationships with customers by her team.
  • To resolve customers’ complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Customer relationship manager will work closely with sales and accounting managers to ensure that all employees maintain relationships with customers.
  • Extending the customer base by upsailing and cross-selling.
  • Understanding and addressing key individual needs of customers.
  • Organizing business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Knowing your competitors and making a strategy accordingly.

Education & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 0 years’ experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • Superior product knowledge.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Secondary (10th Pass) (Preferred)
  • Total work 4 years (Preferred)
