Job Responsibilities
- Customer’s questions and concerns respond.
- Provide assistance for data collection to enable the account to the end user.
- Keep a deep understanding of customer process and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Providing excellent customer service to your customers.
- You should have the responsibility of displaying critical thinking and analysis ability.
Education & Experience
- Graduate (Any Discipline except Law)
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidates upto 1-year experience in voice process are eligible
Candidate Information
- Effective investigation skills and analysis/understanding skills.
- Excellent efficiency in written English and neutral English Pronunciation.
- You should be able to work on flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
