Job Responsibilities

  • Customer’s questions and concerns respond.
  • Provide assistance for data collection to enable the account to the end user.
  • Keep a deep understanding of customer process and policies.
  • Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
  • Providing excellent customer service to your customers.
  • You should have the responsibility of displaying critical thinking and analysis ability.

Education & Experience

  • Graduate (Any Discipline except Law)
  • Freshers are eligible.
  • Candidates upto 1-year experience in voice process are eligible

Candidate Information

  • Effective investigation skills and analysis/understanding skills.
  • Excellent efficiency in written English and neutral English Pronunciation.
  • You should be able to work on flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
