Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer aid requests have to be answered.
  • Contact customers to know the nature of the problem.
  • Prevention of hardware and software problems.
  • Hardware and computer installation and maintenance of external devices.
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
  • Prevention of networking and connection related problems.
  • Giving advice on software or hardware upgrade.
  • Providing basic training in computer operations and management.
  • Hardware and software to troubleshoot and analyze technical tickets and requests.
  • Supporting user needs related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, VOIP phones.
  • To pay attention to the requests of the user and to take follow -up action to ensure timely and satisfactory solutions.
  • Provision of equipment, configuration, distribution and installation, ensuring proper functionality and connectivity of all equipment, and participating in the transfer and change of equipment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)
  • IT 1 year (Preferred)
  • Total work 1 year (Preferred)
