Job Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Big-basket, Netmeds, Nykaa, Myntra which includes product listings, inventory updates.
Customize product content, images, descriptions, and increase visibility.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, site traffic, and conversion rates to identify.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to create and implement
Work with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate orders.
Stay up to date with ecommerce trends, tools, and technologies to improve the site.
Ensure that all online store processes comply with company standards, branding and other standards.
Provide regular reporting on ecommerce KPIs including sales performance, customer performance.
Manage customer inquiries, complaints and returns in a professional and efficient manner.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 yrs of experience.
Proven experience in e-commerce management.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms Meesho, Flipkar, Blinkit.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in A/B testing and other optimization strategies is a plus.
