Job Description
Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Driving the end to end sales cycle including lead generation, telephonic consultations, follow-ups.
- Identifying decision makers among inbound/outbound leads to initiate sales.
- Maintaining and expanding the organization’s database of prospects.
- Updating customer information in the database.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
- Develop consultative and trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth conduct of all programs. Connect with students after the webinar.
- Go the extra mile to make it a wonderful experience for students and their parents.
- Reaching out to potential partners – school counselors and education consultants.
- Doing research to organize more events and webinars.
Job Requirement
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Presentation skills
- Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers.
- Customer Relations.
- Proficient in Excel.
