Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To comply with organizational requirements.
  • Standard operational procedures (SOP).
  • To ensure the correct evaluation of equipment.
  • Ensure the use of PPE by self and technicians.
  • Helping regular training on ESH and also ensuring that safe practices are being followed at the tower site.
  • Ensure the release and use of PTW for every activity being done on a site.

Customer Management

  • Provide supports for outage escalation by OPCOs.
  • Site access supports as and when applicable for tenants.
  • Maintain healthy customer relationship.
  • Supervise Site upgrades as per specification and provide support for RFS activities.

Process Compliance

  • Maintain excellent levels of site quality-laying cable, correct temperature, right setting, site auto, etc.
  • Identify intervals against specification and ensure timely improvement.
  • To ensure that civil/tower electrical and other infrastructure are in the best condition, periodic audit will be done.
  • Zero Quality/Operating Process Ensure Non – Compliance.
  • Compliance of quality compliance of technicians, partners, parts, which includes any moral issue.

Energy Management

  • Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and recommending their remedy action
  • Minimizing EB faults
  • Facilitating in converting non-EB sites to EB sites
  • DCEM Compliance
  • DG running hrs. compliance

Customer Uptime

  • Increase the uptime for all customers. Maintain infra uptime according to MSA/KPI.
  • Perform the outage RCA and prepare a corrective action plan to avoid recurrence.
  • 100% site automation with NOC and alarm integration. Alarm and metering improvement on the site.
  • 100% compliance with PM.
  • Site visit and closure of punch points.

Team Management

  • To evaluate technicians.
  • Identifying and planning development requirements of technicians.
  • Site allocation, discipline management for technician seam management.
  • Compliance with site access process.
  • 24*7 maintains high level participation of landlord to ensure access to ensure access and upgrade / planned programs / installation and other operating functions on the site.
  • To solve sanitation problems tickets to ensure the satisfaction of the landlord.
