Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for resolving customer queries and providing appropriate assistance.
- Be patient when dealing with difficult matters.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Answer customer questions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and em-pathetically.
- Customers will be contacted for any additional information.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.
- There must be flexibility with change.
Education & Experience
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
- Sales 1 year (Preferred)
- Grad or undergraduate fresher with good skills and fluency in English.
- 6 days of working 1 Day week Off.
- Should have Minimum 1 Year of experience
