Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of the CBSE curriculum.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized attention to each child to ensure their academic and emotional development.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support the overall development of each child.
- Assess and monitor the progress of each child and communicate with parents regularly.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Certification in Montessori or other early childhood education methods preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, and compassionate attitude towards children.
