Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Create fun and educational activities for children according to the Footprints planner.
  • Work with other teachers to ensure that the school develops a welcoming and nurturing environment for each child.
  • Manage day-to-day classroom activities for children, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunch times and rest times.
  • Caring and nurturing attitude towards children.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Lots of patience and flexibility, excellent communication.
  • Use a variety of educational techniques to teach children like storytelling, educational games, etc.
  • Observing each child and helping them improve their social skills and build self-esteem.
  • Excellent understanding of child development theories and preschool education methods.
  • Be familiar with safety and hygiene guidelines for classrooms.
