Job Description
Job Conditions & Responsibilities
- Candidates responsible for quality assurance, who can process well.
- Conducting and correctioning procedural audit with it continuously working on reducing PPM.
- Monitoring major manufacturing processes and maintaining SPC programs for control, maintaining implemented.
- Analyze the process data to identify possible areas of trends, patterns and improvement.
- Examining and analyzing quality issues under the process, analyzing the basic cause to detect the source of problems.
- Apply corrective and preventive action to resolve identified issues and prevent recurrence.
- To conduct and lead MSA studies for important measurement systems to ensure accuracy, precision and stability.
- Constant improvement by applying Caizens, SOP, Poke Yoke, 5S etc.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to address comprehensive quality issues and initiatives.
- Responsible for managing the schedule of line inspectors and monitoring the work with regular updates.
- There should be analytical approach to the problem solution.
