Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the entire sales conversion with the potential customer.
Understanding the customer requirements and making proposals to the customers accordingly.
Systematically follow up frequently and close sales.
Handling technical queries of customers.
Demonstrating the product to the customer.
Maintaining good scores in KPIs.
Closing sales and achieving weekly targets.
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive.
Hands-on experience in MS Office and Internet research.
Have a thorough understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Teamwork and motivational skills/Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience

Good follow-up skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Associate’s degree in related field.
Minimum 2 years prior experience as Sales Executive/Assistant.
Candidates having prior experience in sales of packaging materials will be preferred.
