Sales Manager – Corporate Sales, will promote sales in office product sector and create strong connections with corporate customers. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing major accounts and focusing on achieving sales targets. The candidate should be smart, result-oriented business and corporate sales professionals, which have a good track record of new customer acquisition, as well as to handle large accounts. This role includes advancing development in various categories, incorporating new B2B customers, opening new areas and leading business development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Construction and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintaining and maintaining long-term ties with major corporate customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Taking care of the management of major accounts, including interaction on contracts and closure of deals.
  • Prepare an accurate sales forecast and report on sales execution to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Lead, guide and inspire the sales team to meet the target and do more.
  • Stay updated on the latest product offers and industry development to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Cooperate with other departments such as marketing, finance and product development to ensure uninterrupted operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement the necessary changes.

Education & Experience

  • Graduation is a must, a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be an added advantage.
  • Any Graduate, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization.
  • MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the office products, paper industry, medical devices & equipment.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze market trends and data. Proficiency in sales forecasting.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
