Job Responsibilities

  • Dynamics 365 or CRM and OMNI – should have experience with channels.
  • The solution and integration design should have excellent working knowledge.
  • CE portals can be the canvas app with power apps.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solution should be integrated, power portal, intensive knowledge of migration.
  • Participate in technical analysis and maintain specification documents and express not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also potential solutions effectively.
  • There should be experience of developing creative and customer-satisfied solutions for complex issues.
  • The proposal, response and contract preparing should have the ability and experience.
  • Should be able to work independently and have good communication and customer contact skills.
  • Candidates should be able to work independently, test, prepare documents and present.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficient in MSCRM Dynamics with in-depth knowledge on Plugins, Workflows, Java Scripts, CRM Portals, Web APIs Azure Knowledge Good to have Power Apps Skill set.
  • Proficient on the latest OOB features available in Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 technical.
  • 4-9 Years Experience.
